Getting Started
Follow these steps to set up your team and start your first production run.
Set up your team workspace with a name and description. Invite colleagues and assign appropriate roles (Owner, Designer, or Viewer) to control access.
Go to Designs in your team workspace and upload your keycap artwork files (SVG or PNG). Designs are the base assets for catalog items and print templates.
Create catalog items from your uploaded designs. Specify keycap profile, material, colorway, and other production parameters. Publish items to make them available for ordering.
Use the template builder to arrange catalog items into printable layouts. Templates define how items appear in production sheets sent to the manufacturer.
Track production batches, monitor status, and handle defect reports from the team dashboard. Use the Defect Pool to request reprints for manufacturing issues.
